Kit arrived promptly and was packed well. Instructions looked good and even came with a spray bottle to float on the film I ordered both the tank and pannier kit and started on the tank 1st. The Tank kit fitted really well and was almost invisible after fitting so do not spoil the bikes looks in the least. On the pannier kit I did cock up and get a little dust under the right hand pannier which was my fault completely as I was on the home straight and rushed a little. But the kit itself fitted perfectly. The next morning I came down to inspect my work and because of my OCD felt I could not live with the dust under the film So I went on-line and ordered a new pannier kit thinking I could keep the other bits spare and just replace the bit I mess up on. Now here is where the great service starts!!! The company could see I had ordered again and called me and offered to sort me out with a new bit! I said I was happy to have the spares so he said he would supply and new bit I messed up. I call this great service and a great product I am glad I found it!
