Carbon Tank Cover for Ducati Streetfighter V4 – Panigale V4

CARBON TANK COVER Compatible with all Streetfighter V4 and Panigale V4 2018-2021 Panigale V4 Tank Cover, made in Autoclave, in full Pre Preg, with a composition designed to guarantee resistance, lightness and elasticity at the same time. Then reinforced in carbon on the entire perimeter, cap area and in the 2 side corners where it impacts in the event of a slip, with 5 mm of carbon, guaranteeing efficient protection to the tank. The internal part is sprayed with rubber, creating a rubber coating that protects the surface of the tank. The whole is then painted with a complex process of directed micro-sandblasting, in a thermostated painting booth, to ensure the non-separation of the pigments of the precious colour, with a brushed effect. This paint was developed after several months of tests, in partnership with a pigment manufacturer, while at the same time fine-tuning our internal painting system. This process involves 5 painting steps, making the result valuable and 95% similar to real Brushed Aluminum. Everything is then coated with glossy or matte lacquer, UV stabilized, and then everything is baked in the oven at 60 degrees for polymerization and polished in the case of a glossy finish.
