For the rest of the world, the same accessory must be considered to be of the “racing” type, i.e. designed for competition vehicles used only on closed racetracks. It is forbidden by law to use the bike outside of closed racetracks with this accessory installed and therefore it is not allowed to install the accessory on bikes intended for road use. An accessory approved for road use, it further streamlines the rear end of the motorbike to enhance its sporty look. It can be installed in both "long" and "short" configurations, although the latter is not approved for road use.
